RIG Roofing ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. Neither RIG Roofing, QikCMS, nor QikSolutions, nor any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, hosting providers, or service providers, shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to any actual or alleged accessibility issue with the Site, the QikCMS platform, or any service provided by QikSolutions.

Your sole and exclusive remedy in the event of an accessibility issue is to notify RIG Roofing using the contact information below so that we may attempt, on a reasonable-efforts basis, to address the issue or provide the requested content in an alternate format. No remedy or claim shall lie against QikCMS or QikSolutions in connection with the accessibility of this Site.
