I got 3 estimate from companies. Why I choose RIG is because RJ took the time to explain everything I thought I wanted. Being from the north, Florida climate is different. I have had roofs done north but not in Florida. The funny part is explaining ice and snow barrier. I was very impressed at how much patience he had with me. We discussed what type of roof I might like. No pressure at all I choose a metal roof. Rj sent me their license and insurance paperwork. The posted the permit. Nicole was my job coordinator, she let me know when the products were being delivered, what I needed to get ready for the work to done. Such as making sure the driveway was clear for material delivery, and for the day they brought in the trailer for the old singles. I think it was the owner so who came to make sure the material was correct and everything was ready.
The day of replacing the roof was here. 6 people showed up, the supervisor introduced himself it was Adrian V, and then the crew leader Isai. The rest of the crew did not seem like they spoke English. Through the day I asked how the project was going, when the very polite crew knew I was there they get the leader for me. These men worked so efficiently and professionally. I was impressed with the entire crew work ethic. I had water outside for them and kept handing them it when I saw them. They all thank me. After the job was done, I never say one piece of any trash, you would never know I had my roof done.
Daniel came a few days later to check that the work was done to RIG specifications. He also said he would come every six months to clean my gutters. I am recommending RIG roofing because they were easy to deal with, workers worked,and they checked to see if I was satisfied. Great company. And for some, I choose to do this review and no one suggested to me to post and I received no compensation. I say this because today you cannot know who post what for their own benifit. - Hide

Very pleased with new roof install a few years ago. Daniel came out today and inspected roof, blew out gutters and offered to trim back a palm tree that was growing over roof edge. He was professional and courteous and took the time to answer questions. Excellent service! Would highly recommend! - Hide
