Standard Maintenance Program - $97 per year - 2 Visual Inspections Annually 

Quarterly Maintenance Program - $194 per year - 4 Visual Inspections Annually

Our Residential Roof Maintenance Subscription Includes:

  • Clean all debris from roof surface (leaves and limbs)
  • Clean out gutter system including downspouts
  • Inspect all roof penetrations
  • Repair nail pops and secure loose shingles
  • Trim tree limbs back from roof 4′ from roof surface
  • Clean skylight lenses Inspect seams on low slope membranes
  • Inspect roof flashing

Verification provided by door tag/inspection, tag will be left post inspection. 

A written estimate will be provided if any additional repairs are necessary. 

*This annual subscription will automatically renew until cancelled.

This program is for residential asphalt shingle and metal roofs only and roof pitches up to 6/12 pitch. Other roof types & steeper pitch will require a custom quote.

Excellent work on this and 2 other projects. Had to have hazmat for my cement/asbestos removal and they timed everything from removal to installation. Good 6 month inspections on all 3 projects. Excellent Company. I can’t imagine on going anywhere else.
