They did a wonderful job on my roof replacement, everyone I spoke to was kind and answered any questions I had, my sales guy was Jake, who was very informative and made sure we were taken care of, the supervisor, Kyle kept me informed the entire day of the install and Christie is a pleasure to talk to, she called me to keep me updated on delivery and scheduling and helped me answer questions I had about documents. Jake and Christie were so wonderful I was recommending RIG before I even had the roof. - Hide

My faux chimneys leaked and had to be fixed to avoid rafter damage. RIG was the FIFTH trusted name to offer their help. Several companies came out, assessed the problem, evaluated what had already been tried and then never came back, presumably because they didn't want to get involved in such a difficult issue. The guys at RIG, particularly Nathan, expended exhaustive efforts toward the issue. The first efforts didn't work, nor the second. But they did not give up. Further considerable measures of evaluation includered literally sawing through my roof under the chimeys (yes, plural) and getting inside them to visualize the leaks during lengthy water testing.

They found the problem. They fixed the problem. They didn't quit or try to weezle out. They fixed the problem no one else could. Period.

On another area of our tile roof they lifted off a large section, redid the underlayment and replaced the tile correctly also FIXING the other leak not near the chimneys.

This was my experience. This is what they did for me. We are very relieved to know we no longer have leaks or risk of further damage to our home. Their price was felt to be appropriate and that also is appreciated as we were expecting a much, much higher cost and were prepared to take drastic, costly measures to get the problem resolved.

RIG came through for us. As such it is easy for me to recommend them for you. Not once did I have lack of confidence in them. Not once did I feel anything less than they truly cared about us and our home.

They gave me an accurate quote, start date and end date and followed as up they said they would even a year later to make sure the roof was in perfect condition and there were no flaws, leaks, loose tile , etc. The staff were considerate of my needs and met my expectations and even beyond. - Hide

Just had a great experience with this roofing company. If anyone needs roofing services I highly recommend RIG ROOFING. Jose Roman came out and was prompt, organized, HONEST.
