Came out patched roof leak, same day had estimate and docs signed to move forward. 100% kept me in the loop each step. I asked for a commercial style metal roof on my house and they delivered just that. The crews and team from A-Z are doing this right. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Starting with our initial phone call. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful. I’m so sorry, I couldn’t remember her name. My mom needed new gutters on her mobile home. Well, actually she needed to “fix” her gutters due to a sloppy job done by another company. Alan was our sales rep and we were so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. His response time was within minutes, if we ever had any questions or concerns. Nathan was the project manager/foreman for getting the work done. Again, very professional and attentive to our schedule and our needs. My mom’s gutters look amazing!!! She’s so happy! She also had people stopping by getting business cards from the gutter installers. We would highly recommend RIG. We can’t say enough positive things about this company and their staff. We noticed a small leak in our closet, RIG sent the most wonderful technician, Mr. Emery, out the next day.
