I am in awe of this professional group of people! From the office staff to the ones that worked on my roof. Also the subcontractor who repaired a mishap on the interior. Seamless work! We recently had R.I.G. Roofing to replace our old roof. When David Curtis came out to give us an estimate, we could sense his integrity. After previous estimates by other companies, we knew that R.I.G. had the best to offer! Our highest compliments to Florentina's Crew! They worked tirelessly ALL day long! I, like so many others, had a lot of damage to my property from hurricane Irma. My fences were down, trees fell and my roof was badly damaged. Water was pouring into my house like a waterfall. FEMA did send people to place the infamous ‘blue roof’ over my roof damage but that only lasts so long.
I called several roofing companies to get estimates on replacement and after six different estimators came out, I decided on "R.I.G. Construction and Roofing" and I am so glad I did. They arrived with the roofing supplies on day one and the Crew was here first thing in the morning on day two. It was a big job, but they had it completed in two days.
My experience with R.I.G. was beyond excellent. Josh came out to assess the damage and he checked everything. I have a 100 year old house so I had some very specific needs for the repair but he went right along with it and checked with me throughout the process. Bridgett (and everyone) in the office were also great; even though I changed my mind about the color twice. ***However***, the Shining Stars of this Company are the actual roofing laborers who arrived to do the work. These guys were great! They worked from the moment they arrived in the morning until almost dark. They were very professional and polite, while working around my plants, my pond and my many animals. Roofing is really hot, hard work and they were like machines. They are very skilled at what they do and were so careful with my property and with me going in and out of the house. They laid down drop cloths to catch the debris and used magnets and other methods to find every loose nail that may have fallen in the flower beds or the lawn. Additionally, my neighbors on all sides were also watching the work and several have mentioned how wonderful it looks. I think my roof looks AWESOME!!!! Overall, this is a great Company to work with and I recommend them wholeheartedly! 5 stars! - Hide
