Introduction: This Disclaimer page outlines important information regarding the subscription-based roof maintenance program offered by RIG Construction and Roofing ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to our roof maintenance program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this disclaimer. Please read this document carefully as this program will automatically renew annually.

Scope of Services:

Our subscription-based roof maintenance program includes 2 routine visual inspections for the $97 package and 4 routine visual inspections for the $194 package, annually, we shall also clean any loose debris from the roof surface (does not include cleaning of algae stains), clean out gutters and downspouts, repair any nail pops, trim minor tree limbs back 4' from the roof surface (nothing over 4" in diameter), clean skylight lenses, and haul away debris.

This program does not cover major roof repairs, replacements, or any issues arising from pre-existing structural deficiencies or damages. This program is for residential asphalt shingle and metal roofs with pitches up to a 6/12 pitch. Maintenance plans for other roof types require a custom estimate. If any repairs are needed, a written estimate will be provided.

Not a Warranty:

This program is not a warranty for your roof, and it does not imply or guarantee the complete absence of any roofing issues during the subscription period.

We do not assume responsibility for damages or issues that may occur despite regular maintenance.

Limitation of Liability:

We will make every reasonable effort to maintain your roof in good condition, but we cannot guarantee that unforeseen issues will not arise.

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may result from the use or inability to use our maintenance services, including but not limited to property damage, loss of profits, or interruption of business.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription.

Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to RIG Construction and Roofing, PO Box 252 Winter Haven, Fl .

Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of this subscription-based roof maintenance program at any time without prior notice.

Subscribers will be informed of any changes, and it is their responsibility to review and accept the updated terms.

Termination of Services:

We reserve the right to terminate the subscription and services provided under this program if we determine that the subscriber is in violation of the terms and conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the safety and integrity of our services.

Governing Law: This subscription-based roof maintenance program is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes arising from it shall be resolved in accordance with these laws in settled in Polk County, Florida.
