This company is great. I had a new metal roof in a couple days - Chris, Angel, and the rest of the crew worked from early morning until almost dark They used tarps on ground and covered a/c while ripping off shingles. Professional, courteous, cleaned up the yard after so nothing was left behind. I would definitely highly recommend them to anyone thinking of replacing their roof. - Hide

My roof sprung a leak and I was in a panic. I called several companies and asked for inspections with estimates from every one of them. I even called the previous roofing company to discuss my warranty (still have) and of course they were as helpful as a 3 cent coin. Several people come out to do roof inspections, a few without me being home and send an email. One while I was home and refused to check my attic. RIG sent John Alvarez and let me tell you the difference was INCREDIBLE! John called when he got to my house before I got home from work, he WAITED FOR ME TO GET OFF WORK! He did a complete and throughout inspection of my roof and shingles and noticed the exact problem before I even told him where my leak was. No one else noticed this problem either or at least no other company mentioned it. John then went into my attic, he asked if he could for a complete inspection, and noticed several beams that did get water damage. He then drafted up a couple estimates including one for just repair and one for full replacement. I thanked him for his time and told him I would have to think about it and discuss it. The complete replacement estimate was lower than others, and the other companies didn’t even include the water damage repairs or fixing the problem causing the leak in the first place. Their estimates also didn’t include the wind mitigation or the routine inspections for the first couple of years to ensure quality of work. That really means a lot when a company is willing to stand behind their work that much. John emailed me to keep communication open, but also allowed space and not pressuring like a greedy salesman. I signed on and put my down payment on my roof and I’m so excited to get this upgrade to my house and problem of a leak solved. John helped me pick up the best color and trim to match my home, he included upgrades to my attic ventilation, he walked me through and explained the entire process so I know timelines and what to expect. I’ve never bought a roof before but I know who I 100% recommend. Out of all the companies that came to my house and wanted me to spend money, RIG was the only genuine company interested in fixing my problem and upgrading my home but also giving me options to keep my finances in mind. I’ll keep this posted as I’m waiting or the job to be completed but they have already emailed me timelines and again, excellent communication from everyone in the company. Thank you! - Hide

Everyone I spoke with was very cooperative and professional. This was indicative across the board from the sales staff to the office staff to the roof repairmen. The repairmen were here for 4 hours to repair a small section in my roof and did not stop once. They were polite, knowledgeable, and very amenable. I would definitely recommend RIG to anyone who needs a roof repair. - Hide
