We had a fellow Alan Sheppard come. He called to say he was on his way, which I thought was nice. The receptionist also let us know in advance. She was very nice and always answered our questions. We discussed outside our options after he went up and looked at our roof. He was most informative. After deciding he told us how far in advance the workers would be coming. And they did come as he said they would. His workers were outstanding and knew just what to do. They worked hard in the hot sun. Arrived early and stayed late. CJ their supervisor called us to to say he was on his way and introduced himself. He was very informative too and answered questions. Quite nice. I highly recommend this outfit if you need anything done. It’s nice to know you can depend on RIJ Roofing Co. I want to add we love our metal roof and know the family is going to be safer because of the outstanding job and professional courtesy of this outfit! God bless them. - Hide
