I was in need of new roof and I called 3 other companies which I was dissatisfied with because they couldn't answer all my questions, they were short talking me. I went online and chose to call R.I.G and spoke with a representative, she was so nice she took my name and other information needed. She stated someone would be calling me to set up a date and time to come out and look at my roof and talk with me. Thanks to Josh Childress he is the best. His personality was superior. He listened and answered my questions and he was very professional. I knew right then with Josh representing R.I.G I had chosen the right company. Josh made me feel as if I was not getting taken advantage of, he had the calmest attitude he didn't make nor show that the company was just out for money. Every time I e-mailed or called him he responded in a timely manner. Josh need to be recognized as the best he deserves it and yes I would recommend friends and family to R.I.G roofing if they ever need one and I would definately have them to ask to speak with Josh. My roof looks good, I love the great job they did and my neighbors stated the company did a great job as well and they love it. Thanks to Josh for all his hard work and professionalism. For anyone who is reading this review trust me just call Josh and you will be satisfied with the service he provides. Again Josh you are the best! - Hide
