I've had RIG work on my business and my parents house.Each time David came out for an estimate he was courteous and answered all of my and my parents questions.
My parents home was a complete re-roof and within a month of the estimate from hurricane damage.I called David and asked if someone could go out and tarp there house and he and his crew went out within a day.I really appreciated that and so did my parents.They actually fixed drywall damage inside the garage as well.My parents were put at ease as the roof was covered until the re-roof could be done which was such a blessing.
This recent repair was a removal of an old chimney(it was actually metal from the old furnace)and a flat roof repair.I met Jr.and his associate and we discussed the project and they were on top of it.I went to lunch with a friend of mine and by the time I got back the job was done!!The roof looks great and even though the roof is a little older the shingle replacements are hardly noticeable.
The RIG crew is amazing from reception to the field crew, you can 't ask for any better, I would highly recommend!!! - Hide

My roof was 27 years old and leaking. After talking with several roofing companies. Josh Childress from R. I. G. Roofing came to our house, he listened to our concerns, inspected the roof and was able to offer a solution to our problems at a cost that fits within our budget. As is often true, once the sales representative leaves, you have a question arise, Josh was able to answer my many questions in a timely manner. The work was scheduled after the deposit was made and the roofing crew arrived early on the day of the installation. It took them less than 1 day to do my roof (25 square), they worked hard in the summer heat and did a very good job at cleaning up the job site before leaving. I can without reservation recommend R. I. G. Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof installed or repaired. In closing, I say, When you've talked with the rest, call the best, R. I. G. Roofing. - Hide

I RECENTLY bought a house that had a RIG roof and warranty on it. It leaked (small area) literally 2 weeks after I purchased home. I called them and they came out next day (they would have came that day but I asked them to schedule later) and repaired roof. Small seam had came lose. They called me and explained since it was under warranty there wasn’t a charge. Great experience for a roofing company. I have been in the construction industry my whole life and roofers don't do these things. RIG is on the right track of changing that. R.I.G. Will be quoting all my future roofing needs. - Hide
