Over the years, meeting so many wonderful people, being able to go into their homes and experience the different communities and cultures that are so beautiful across Central Florida has been one of the honor privileges of my life.
Hey, everybody. I'm Jake Davis with R.I.G. Roofing. I've been with R.I.G. for over six years. I'm really looking forward this year, coming alongside my team and growing as men and as roofing estimators, growing in our craft in the very quick / expanding business that is the roofing industry.
If you know anything about R.I.G., we are at our heart a family company, and that is something that we hold very near and dear as one of our core values; treating everyone as family.

Meeting their needs with the service, meeting their needs with the products that they need, helping to be a voice as a friend, someone to help them along the process. Replacing roofs is not easy, so we like to make that process as easy as possible.

I liked the purchase process involved with RIG... The sales personnel both at my home and in the Company showroom were knowledgeable, polite and responsive. At no time were they pushy nor did they pressure me. I contracted for a service and RIG faithfully fullfilled it's end of our contract.
The only negative experience I had with RIG was a delivery company they used damaged my sliding garage screen door. When I brought it to the attention of RIG's post installation inspector. He actually told me that was not RIG's responsibility. I would have to take up the issue with the subcontractor. (???) I thought this disingenuous. Had I not already paid my bill in full; after that remark, I would have made my payment minus the damage repair...
The work was on time, at a price I agreed and the work was quality. I have recommended RIG to others.

Very professional company. Got the job done for under budget and in a timely manner. Left the job site looking better then when they showed up. Keep up the good work guys.
