Over the years, meeting so many wonderful people, being able to go into their homes and experience the different communities and cultures that are so beautiful across Central Florida has been one of the honor privileges of my life.
Hey, everybody. I'm Jake Davis with R.I.G. Roofing. I've been with R.I.G. for over six years. I'm really looking forward this year, coming alongside my team and growing as men and as roofing estimators, growing in our craft in the very quick / expanding business that is the roofing industry.
If you know anything about R.I.G., we are at our heart a family company, and that is something that we hold very near and dear as one of our core values; treating everyone as family.
Over the years, meeting so many wonderful people, being able to go into their homes and experience the different communities and cultures that are so beautiful across Central Florida has been one of the honor privileges of my life. Meeting their needs with the service, meeting their needs with the products that they need, helping to be a voice as a friend, someone to help them along the process. Replacing roofs is not easy, so we like to make that process as easy as possible.

We got multiple quotes and, though R.I.G was neither the cheapest nor most expensive, they were—BY FAR—the most professional and trustworthy.
By way of comparison, one local roofing company was so rude when we called to request a quote that we simply hung up the phone. On the opposite end of that spectrum, when R.I.G. answers the phone, you will immediately know that you are speaking to genuine, down-to-earth professionals. SO REFRESHINGLY POLITE AND FRIENDLY!
Nathan handled our quote promptly and professionally. He told us up front that there might be some additional charge if we had any rotted wood that is required by code to be replaced. And, indeed, there was some additional charge, but it was perfectly reasonable. Most importantly, other than that minor additional charge, R.I.G. delivered on its quoted price.
We were advised at every step of the process what would happen and when, so there were no major surprises (one minor surprise that newly replaced trim wood would remain unpainted).
We were (and remain) unhappy about one thing: both end caps on our guttering were left hanging, even after the follow-up inspection that should have spotted and fixed this. However, until we got a text today requesting this review, we had forgotten about it and, therefore, never notified R.I.G. so they could fix it, which we’re certain they would happily and promptly do.
The crew that installed the roof were hard-working and professional, so it was our honor to buy them lunch both days they were here (Note: We pro-actively insisted, they did not ask/expect this.). Also, they did an exceptional job of cleaning up stray leftover nails from our property (using a giant magnet). While we did help them find a few nails that final day, I have not seen one since then, so our riding mower and vehicle tires have suffered zero damage.
A new roof is a major expense. Don’t trust non-professionals when you need professional work done. No one’s perfect. But R.I.G is damn close!
