I just received my final invoice for the roof I had installed by RIG Roofing. I am very pleased with the entire process. Reshard came over and spent much time on roof checking and measuring. He drew up 3 estimates, based on shingles or two types of metal roofs. He spent much time with us going over our options. He offered ways to finance. We chose the one year same as cash. He completed the financial portion while at our home. Work was later scheduled to start in two weeks. A few days before work date they delivered the shingles. The day before work date they dropped off trash trailer. Day of roof replacement they were working at 7am. Five men were on my roof. These men came prepared , even with lunch and a microwave. They did much work, including using sealers on plywood. At 330pm they were installing the ridge vent and cleaning up. They went around with a magnet to finf stray staples and nails. Crew covered my wife's pineapple plants to protect them, RIG office lady idea when she looked at photos. RIG Roofing kept every promise they made, and exceeded my expectations of the job. They called to be sure I was happy, and sent condolences for passing of my father during this time. Using RIG Roofing was the best choice I could have made. Not only did I get a quality roof in a timely matter, the process was easy, they kept all promises, and I made a friend of Rashand. Thank you RIG. - Hide

After calling around and being ghosted by multiple other companies. One of which quoted me $4000 for the repair. Jacob came out next day and gave me an estimate of $850 and within a couple of weeks CJ was able to get out and repair my roof. It looks great and if I didn’t know where to look I wouldn’t know where the repaired area was. I will be working with these guys again when I need roof work done. - Hide

R. G, I. Roofing re-roofed my house this last week and I can say I am very happy and love my new roof. Everyone that was involved in the process was professional, knowledgeable and caring from start to finish.
Francisco, my sales rep was awesome and e worked to give me the best possible price, with quality materials. I needed some stucco work done on my chimney (not to any fault of theirs, it needed some repair before they ever got started on the roof), and Francisco helped me get set up with someone that could do the repair for me. He reached out to the stucco guy and even sent the him pictures of what needed to be done. All I had to do was call after the roof was done and set an appointment up with the stucco man.
Zac the field operative was awesome as well. He made sure to keep me informed of the progress as it went along. He quickly retrieved materials when needed. The day after the installation was completed he came by to inspect the job and to see if there were any problems that needed to be addressed (there were none) and to be sure everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction. He offered to move anything that may was moved for the job. He helped me get my truck started because the battery was dead (something he did not have to do). That is real customer service, above and beyond.
As for the crew, these guys were very efficient. I have a 2 story house and the day they came it was very windy and we also got some a pretty hard rain. Those guys worked right through the wind and the rain to get my roof covered. Due to the high wind debris blew into my neighbor's yards and they cleaned up not only my yard but my neighbor's as well before leaving.
Our city inspector came to sign off on on the job and was impressed with the quality of the shingles and the workmanship.
This is a long post but I want to give everyone their due because these folks are great. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof. - Hide
