After comparing your bid with others we selected R.I.G. Although, your bid was not the lowest, it was competitive, and based on the references we had for you we felt most comfortable selecting R.I.G. to replace the roof.
We were very pleased with the results and most satisfied that even though we ran into some unexpected repairs to the existing roof, the additional charge that we received for these extras were more than fair. I feel that many would have used the unexpected repairs as an opportunity to make additional profits beyond normal, you did not.
I also want to mention the professionalism of your crew. they worked on the Saturday weekend of Memorial Day while we still had a family outing at the pool. The crew kept the work area neat, used appropriate language and did not disrupt any of our activities for that day.
The other day a neighbor stopped by and asked how I felt about the job you did for us and I took great privilege [in] saying how satisfied I was with [your] work.
