Hi, I’m John Alvarez. I started my journey with R.I.G. Roofing approximately in I started in the production department. In 2023, I became a sales representative.
When I'm not helping customers, I enjoy golfing and traveling. I'm a family man. I've been married for thirty two years. I have three grown children, and we love to travel throughout the country, and we have recently traveled overseas as well.
Our family owned business with the owner James, Bridget, and David truly cares for each and every single customer. We are out there trying very hard to solve the customer's needs, so that we can protect their most valuable asset, their home. When I come out to a home, I will talk with the homeowners, discuss their needs, and do my assessment of the roof to ensure that I am coming up with a high quality, accurate estimate to meet your needs with a fair price.

Francisco was great to work with from the start, and Gary Solano was absolutely amazing throughout the long process of dealing with our insurance company. For over a year and a half, he helped us work through every challenge and detail, always staying patient, responsive, and helpful.
When installation day finally arrived, Manuel's crew was incredibly efficient and left everything spotless when they were done. Ty completed the final inspection and made sure everything was perfect.
It's rare these days to find a company that delivers such outstanding customer service, communication, and workmanship. We couldn't be happier with our new roof and are so grateful to everyone at RIG Roofing who helped make it happen.
