My experience with RIG Roofing began and continues on a great note. From the moment they responded to my Roofing inquiry to meeting with Adam, providing me a quote virtually to visiting me within hours of our initial call. Adam was very professional and calm. He always listened to my wants and needs and helped to keep me within my budget. We agreed to a product and proceeded to sign the agreement and pay half down. Within a few days, I met Angelina,who made the process very easy by going over any questions that I could possibly have. She kept me informed to the moment as to when the materials were ordered as to also when to expect them delivered and to job commencement.
The materials arrived as scheduled, and work began thereafter.
Daniel reached out to me while the workers were at work to give me the great news that all boards were in great shape and that no added materials such as new plywood had to be replaced.
As the installation of the new Metal Roof was completed, the workers kept the worksite free of any nails on the grass by utilizing magnets to detect and collect any.
A small concern was addressed very promptly regarding a finish touch, and Cory came to inspect and confirm that it was completed accordingly.
The Metal Roof looks beautiful, and I know that "RIG Roofing" will stand behind their quality of work. I am extremely satisfied and wish all of "RIG Roofing" Team a very Happy Holidays and Prosperous New Year to come.

Wanted to give you a 5 star, but there was a bit of lack of follow thru and return calls, but all in all, I’m pleased with my roof. A special shout-out to Daniel who does the bi yearly maintenance. He goes above and beyond. And to Zac who did my walkthrough and was very helpful in finishing up a couple of extra items. He was very accommodating. We used RIG Roofing to replace the roof on my father's double wide mobile home in Winter Haven last month. Overall, working with RIG was a good experience and I highly recommend them. Two main things stand out:
1. Nathan Tankersley, the person who came out to the house and provided the estimate, and everyone else we dealt with at RIG were easy to get in touch with and very helpful throughout the process. When we noticed a water spot on the ceiling a week or so after we signed the contract, Nathan came out the next day and put a temporary patch on the area at no charge. After Hurricane Milton went through the Winter Haven area, RIG contacted me to let me know that our job would not be delayed due to hurricane-related repairs.
2. I taught operations management at the university level for 25 years and I can say that RIG has a very well thought-out and functioning operating system. I was very impressed with the way they have adopted "full-kittlng," which is a process that ensures that a job is not started until all materials are on site and ready to be installed.
Altogether, RIG is a very professional organization and great to work with. I can't recommend them highly enough. - Hide
