Hey everyone! Francisco here with R.I.G. Roofing, your roofing specialist. I've been with the company for four years now. I was on the production side for three years specializing in shingle, metal, tile, & commercial roofing. So whatever it is you need, I can do it.
So a little bit about me.... I was born and raised here in Polk County. I'm married with three kids. Before R.I.G., I was in the marine corps for four years. In the marine corps, I learned how to problem solve and figure out solutions, which led perfectly to R.I.G. Roofing because now I get to figure out problems for you guys on your roof, and that's where a lot of my joy comes from in doing this. Where do I start? I originally had two roofing shingle replacement appointments scheduled with different companies (RIG Roofing was one of them). After a failed appointment with the other company, I felt defeated and canceled my RIG Roofing appointment.
Thankfully, Francisco followed up after noticing my cancellation. I explained what had happened, and he reassured me that RIG could get the job done. Shoutout to Francisco - Thank You!
Within a week, the RIG Roofing team came out and replaced our missing shingles, fast, professional, and stress-free. A huge thank you also goes to Abby, who made the entire process seamless, from scheduling to payment and everything in between.
