Hey everyone! Francisco here with R.I.G. Roofing, your roofing specialist. I've been with the company for four years now. I was on the production side for three years specializing in shingle, metal, tile, & commercial roofing. So whatever it is you need, I can do it.
So a little bit about me.... I was born and raised here in Polk County. I'm married with three kids. Before R.I.G., I was in the marine corps for four years. In the marine corps, I learned how to problem solve and figure out solutions, which led perfectly to R.I.G. Roofing because now I get to figure out problems for you guys on your roof, and that's where a lot of my joy comes from in doing this. Francisco was great to work with from the start, and Gary Solano was absolutely amazing throughout the long process of dealing with our insurance company. For over a year and a half, he helped us work through every challenge and detail, always staying patient, responsive, and helpful.
When installation day finally arrived, Manuel's crew was incredibly efficient and left everything spotless when they were done. Ty completed the final inspection and made sure everything was perfect.
It's rare these days to find a company that delivers such outstanding customer service, communication, and workmanship. We couldn't be happier with our new roof and are so grateful to everyone at RIG Roofing who helped make it happen.
