Where do I start? I originally had two roofing shingle replacement appointments scheduled with different companies (RIG Roofing was one of them). After a failed appointment with the other company, I felt defeated and canceled my RIG Roofing appointment.

Thankfully, Francisco followed up after noticing my cancellation. I explained what had happened, and he reassured me that RIG could get the job done. Shoutout to Francisco - Thank You!

Within a week, the RIG Roofing team came out and replaced our missing shingles, fast, professional, and stress-free. A huge thank you also goes to Abby, who made the entire process seamless, from scheduling to payment and everything in between.

I’m super happy with my new roof! Ryan (Sackett) provided my estimate and was able to competently answer all of my questions and explain the differences in the available options. Responses were fast and accurate.
When the roofers arrived I met with Angel and Aaron who ensured the roof was installed quickly and cleanly- I was very impressed with how clean the roofers left my property.
The included wind mitigation report was easy to schedule and a nice bonus to include to (hopefully!) reduce my home insurance along with the new metal roof. Thanks RIG! - Hide
