From the call to RIG to get an estimate…Trey Was great and very knowledgeable in what I needed. Ashley in the office kept me well informed of product being delivered when they would start and all of the details during and after. The crew was very professional cleaned up after themselves, and the foreman was very informative as the project was going along. I would highly recommend RIG roofing. - Hide

The technician worked tirelessly to find our roof leak. He spent quite some time in the attic looking. His repair was perfect, could hardly tell it was repaired. Service was awsome.

These guys are absolutely fantastic. They came right out after we called them. The quote was done basically overnight. Best of all -- and this is almost unheard of -- they were out to do the work a week and a half (roughly 10 days) after we signed. The job was done in 3 days. The gutters had to be custom-made -- James paid extra attention to the style of the house (see pictures) and understood that normal gutters just wouldn't cut it. All of his staff were professional and courteous. The work area was spotless once the job was completed (including multiple picking up of nails, screws, and other debris during each day of the job). From start to finish, we were treated with courtesy and respect and James was always focused on getting the job done right. At the end of the day, I couldn't be happier. - Hide
